Grit bins for business sites
Even the best precautionary programme can't cover every moment. A grit bin by the main entrance, the staff door or a steep ramp lets your caretaker or facilities team treat a problem spot straight away.
We supply durable, lockable bins, site them during the survey and check and refill them on our normal routes throughout the season.

Frequently asked questions
How many grit bins do I need?
Usually one per main entrance plus one near any slope, steps or ramp. We recommend numbers during the free survey.
Can I just buy salt?
Yes. Bulk bags of rock salt can be delivered to existing contract customers with their scheduled refills.
Are the bins locked?
Yes. Lockable lids stop salt being taken or contaminated with litter.
